We all lead increasingly busy lives and sometimes we just need to take some time out for ourselves – what better way to do that than to do some gentle yoga, stretching our tired muscles and also quieting our busy minds?

We hold small group sessions on the last Sunday of each month in Bangor, Co Down to help you relax and restore.

In these 90 minute sessions (cost £10) we use bolsters and blankets to help ease into some gentle yoga postures, whilst still allowing our bodies to stretch and gain strength and mobility, massaging our internal organs and finding stillness in our minds.

We also concentrate on some breathing  exercises and basic mindful meditation, finishing off with the practice of yoga nidra (or yogic sleep)

We also provide a personalised service (based in North Down, N Ireland) where our mobile teacher will come to your home or workplace and provide relax and restore yoga sessions on a 1-2-1 basis (or for small groups)

60 minute 1-2-1 lesson £30 (for up to 3 students, plus £5 per additional student)

90 minute 1-2-1 lesson £45 (for up to 3 students, plus £7.50 per additional student)

Classes can be amended to suit your needs so if you would prefer a more active class just ask and the class can be adjusted accordingly.
